Lakeshore Technologies Food Safety Team completes HACCP workshop

The Food Safety Team at Lakeshore Technologies recently participated in the AIB led Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) workshop.  This workshop is accredited by the International HACCP Alliance.

In this workshop the team reviewed topics such as the seven principles of HACCP, hazard identification and corrective action methods.  All participants successfully completed the workshop and received their certifications.
